"Here is the first look at the upcoming "Lust, Caution," by director Ang Lee (Brokeback Mountain, Hulk). The film is an espionage thriller set in WWII-era Shanghai in which a young woman, Wang Jiazhi (Tang Wei), gets swept up in a dangerous game of emotional intrigue with a powerful political figure, Mr. Yee (Tony Leung).
The trailer presents "Lust, Caution" as a romantic film, when in reality it is also a thriller. We see the main character trying to get close to her target, knowing that the end result would only break her heart.
This particular film might not be meant for the American audiences, but if you are still interested, the film hits theaters on September 28th, in limited release."
Ok, this movie looks really good. Another great Asian cinema trailer gets my attention only days after I saw the trailer for "Blood Brothers." Ang Lee is a fantastic director and you might remember Tony Leung from the amazing film "Hero". Check out the trailer below before it's removed from Youtube again.

"Gamestar spoke to Timothy Olyphant and director Xavier Gens about their big screen adaptation of the popular video game "Hitman."
"When I read the script I didn't immediately think of a game. It reminded me more of the John Woo films, or of Luc Besson's "The Professional" or the Korean "Bittersweet Life," said Olyphant.
Inspired by Asian action movies, Gens added that violence will be the main focus of the movie.
"I gave the Hitman a dirty image. In the game, Hitman is an @sshole, I wanted to keep that in the movie. It's about an evil man fighting against other evil men," Gens said. "I wanted really true and dirty violence - from splashing blood to broken arms."
"When I started working on this, the studio asked me to make it so that it would get a PG-13 rating. I told them I didn't want to make another 'Resident Evil' or 'Silent Hill.' To make it fit the game, there'd have to be more violence. After a lot of discussion I was able to get through to them. I wanted to do my own movie and not someone else's," he added. "All in all the film is distinctly more brutal than traditional action movies." "
I wasn't really that excited for this movie, but this is some really good news. Comparing the script to Luc Besson's "The Professional" (one of my favorite films), using inspiration from Asian action movies, and fighting the studio to make it more violent, and much better than other video game movies, is truly awesome in my book. Now hopefully the movie doesn't suck. I wasn't overly impressed with the teaser trailer, so I never ended up posting it, but you can check it out below.
EA released a new Crysis gameplay montage video showing off multiple weapons, vehicles, and action-packed levels. This game looks really amazing; it's the only game that may make me regret dropping mad cash recently on an HDTV and PS3 instead of custom building a new PC for basically the same price so I can play this bad boy. Oh well, enjoy the amazingness above.

"We knew back in March that Danny Boyle (28 Days Later) was planning a third installment in the "28" franchise and now ShockTillYouDrop caught up with the man to get an update. "Oh, we've definitely got an idea of where it'll turn next but who knows if it'll ever happen," Boyle explained.
The studio responsible for "28 Weeks Later," Fox Atomic, has stated that it will be cutting back on horror movies. So, will this announcement hurt the possibility of a third "28" movie?
"That's complicated because the series is big in the U.S. so I don't think we ever could. But let's see, we definitely got an idea of the next one," he said.
The original "28 Days Later," which Boyle directed, earned a total $82.7 million worldwide, on an $8 million budget. The sequel, "28 Weeks Later," which Boyle produced, earner $48.8 million on an undisclosed budget."
Awesome news. I'm a big fan of the original "28 Days Later" and Danny Boyle in general. "28 Weeks Later" was also a very good zombie movie, just in a slightly different way. I'm really glad to see Danny Boyle jumping back into the series, can't wait for the next film if/when it's released.
