Movies - Frank Miller Confirms "Sin City 3"

"Frank Miller spoke to MTV News about all the "Sin City 2" problems and delays. "Robert [Rodriguez] and I have a script and we're all raring to go. We're aching to get started," he said.

Unfortunately, Rodriguez and Miller both have other projects which they are working on. And due to those projects, it was announced that filming of the "Sin City" sequel would have to be pushed back.

"There was just some problems above us that I don't understand... that I don't really want to understand," said Miller, adding that all these delays will eventually lead to not only "Sin City 2" coming out in theaters, but also "Sin City 3."

According to Rodriguez, the story for the third "Sin City" would concentrate on Miller's "Hell and Back," the story of a hallucinating artist named Wallace. The role that Rodriguez admits was specifically written with Johnny Depp in mind."

When Miller mentioned those 'problems', people are speculating it has to do with Grindhouse failing at the box office, which is a good guess. Despite the problems/delays, it's good news that we got some more confirmation on the fate of the Sin City movies, and even a confirmation of Sin City 3 to boot. I can't wait.
